Welcome to Wight Weekend
Accredited Workshops and Courses
Wight weekend accredited dowsing workshops and holistic short courses on the Isle of Wight and from 2019 in Hampshire.
Our Island based courses and workshops allow you to spend time with loved ones on a relaxing break and also learn a new holistic skill, whilst they enjoy the many other attractions the island has to offer. Everyone wins!
Coming Spring 2019…Learn Dowsing in Hampshire
Not everyone wishes to make that extra commitment of time and cost to travel to the Island.
Coming in Spring 2019 we will be offering the same accredited dowsing courses covering the same skills in the Lee on Solent/ Stubbington/Titchfield area of Hampshire. Easy access from Southampton and Portsmouth. Approximately 30 minutes from Junction 11 on the M27, depending on time of day/traffic. The M27 connects directly with the M3 for London. Approximately 90 minutes travel, depending on time of day from junction 12 on the M25.
It is reassuring to know our workshops have external accreditation which is recognised by insurance companies.
Our programme of accredited workshops, short courses and experiences are offered right through the year. All advertised workshops and courses are flexible in time and date and can be arranged at times to suit your planned break, at very reasonable prices. More info about flexible dates here.
Not Just You, Friends & Family Welcome Too!
The Isle of Wight is a wonderful place with a feel like stepping back in time. Friendly Islanders will bid you ‘Good Morning’, and strike up conversations with you even though they don’t know you. The pace of life is slower, so leave your stress on the mainland, relax, enjoy your break with family and friends and your workshop too!
The Isle of Wight is so Easy to get to
The Isle of Wight is situated just off the South Coast of England, near both Portsmouth and Southampton. We are as far south as you can get in the U.K., next stop France!
There are 3 fast pedestrian ferries and three car ferry routes. We have up to 180 ferry sailings daily, and are just 2 ½ hours by train from London.
The Isle of Wight is different!
The Isle of Wight is just 25 miles long and 14 miles wide, so nothing is too far away. A renowned tourist destination with 57 miles of coastline and more than half of the Island a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, it is packed with attractions for everyone!
Whilst you enjoy your workshop, no matter how different their interests are, friends and family will find something to enjoy on the Isle of Wight, no compromise, (or guilt), needed. Take a look at our tourist website.
Wight Weekend outdoor workshops, courses & experiences are in carefully chosen locations, which provide everything you need for your workshop but are also in a place that your family and friends might wish to explore too.*
The locations have interest for all. None have admission charges. So you can combine your interests with a break that everyone enjoys! All of our Island dowsing locations are wheelchair and mobility scooter friendly!
N.B.*Persons who have not paid for a place on the workshop, course or experience cannot accompany you whilst you are receiving instruction, but they are free to explore the location and join you for lunch or during breaks.
